- organizing the payment of a part or of all expenses related to the apartment and due to third parties – suppliers, such as: bills for electricity and water, cable TV, Internet, cleaning and basic maintenance of the apartment, cleaning and maintenance of the common parts of the building, inclusive repairs and renovation if such have been requested by the PRINCIPAL;
- organizing the payment of the annual property tax and garbage disposal fee on behalf of the PRINCIPAL;
- maintenance of the places intended for common use – grassed areas, alleys, open pool etc.;
- current repair works resulting from to the normal use of the building.
