PAYMENT SCHEMES
Basic scheme:
- Deposit in amount 2000 Euro (non-refundable in case of recession from the contract on the part of a buyer)
- 50 % (excluding the deposit) payable upon signing the preliminary contract (during 14 days after the deposit payed)
- 50 % payable monthly until 06-01-2011
